my awm is missing from storage
everything else is the same... including gp amount
my friend too lost his awm
wtf z8 games?
nobody has acces to my acc
it just vanished from my storege

Have you checked your GP logs on your profile? It definitely shows you buying the AWM? If the GP amount remained the same then something's wrong because you would've got GP from the gun being sold.

Get the GP Log that showed you purchasing an AWM, screenshot it, and post it on the forums. Then, if it's still not there, send a ticket.

i've sent a support ticket to retrieve my email an so i can change my pass if someone realy hacked my acc
but the problem is
i cant remember my email(thats why i sent the ticket)
my security answer nor the date when it was created -.- (i mean who writes this stuff?)
got only 1 condition for retrieving my email pff only my **
