Minimum Rank to buy ZP

I know this isn't the right place to post it..
But, what is the minimum rank to buy zp?
I think it is Sargent... I've a sargent, but it says i cannot buy zp..I need the rank 6..

u can buy zp with all rank .. but play in black market u need the rank sergeant.

There shouldn't be anything popping up, ZP is accesibly to any ranks.
