Account Email and Security Answer

Hi, this is my acc and I dont remember what email i use to register and what answer i put, i already tryed to send ticket to Z8 and they dont change my Security answer.

I just want to enjoy the full game and i couldnt now

In the ticket i asnwer all the things i know, but in the several moths i have change my internet a few times

And i dont know how to see the transaction ID ( i would like if anyone can explain me )


Guys i need your help so i can recover or my email ou the security answer i dont know what to do anymore ;C PLZ HELP MEEEE
