FCK THOSE GREEN MUTANTS! They can just run with their speedhacks and slash all your hps from you! WTF IS THIS? and since there is no knockback, there is no way to avoid it! GREEN MUTANTS ARE FCKING OP! for me, they are worse than boss.

This ^^

Run in a tight circle around them. Gets a bit tricky when there are other zombies, etc trying to catch you but it works a lot of the time.

I actually find the green mutants easy to kill if you use the right strategy. try strafing in a medium sized circle. they usually cant get you that way, even with their speed boost.
