Didn't like the colors, the factory ones were alright, but i would of like to see some color besides whitish in the walls.
Maybe use a little more effects, Like not go overboard with them like some people, But just like some glows or something on kills. -

pretty good i guess, I didn't really see much sync in your video, Maybe watch a tut on how to better.
