To me, ruger is one of those guns that can seem like the best gun in the game 1 half, and the next half you'll be thinking "fuuck why'd I buy this?"

I like both guns . But with tar you have that scope

All depends on playing style. If you like to fight from long ranges and can single shot and burst fire, then: Ruger > Tar.

If you're more diverse and you can play in either close or long range, Tar > Ruger.

I personally can't use the Tar to save my life but I can get tons of kills with the Ruger.

The Ak is better because it's more mobile, faster RoF and although has a huge recoil, it can be controlled for spraying..

With the Ruger, you have to make every shot count and you can't hold down the trigger for more than 2-3 bullets. It is possible to spray with the Ruger but it's very difficult and not worth the effort.

eventually ill get the ruger just because its such a classic
I used the tar when it came out , it is a good weapon
But Nothing beats my AK

Ruger is ok.
It's low RoF makes it not a gun for spraying.
and it's best for headshoting at long range.
