The problem has been fixed, guys. All accounts have been unblocked and the Honourable Ribbon has been returned for those users who previously had it.

Nevermind. Just saw a Mail for my support ticket.
says:
"We do apologize for blocking your account.

We have experienced a technical difficulty on our end and have unbanned your account and re-added your honorable solider ribbon."

Just a quick update, with the small hotfix patch it caused an error which caused a handful of people to be banned. All players affected were released shortly and rest assured your honorable soldier ribbon will be restored. (Ribbons will all be restored by the end of today at the latest).

If you have been banned in the past for any other reasons, you won't get your ribbon back.. for obvious reasons.

This is only for this error, if you are still banned you are banned for other reasons. Please do NOT post here.
