Ban only from the site error!

Hello,
this morning my other acc got ban for hacking(for 3 days).

of course it was for no reason. i never used hack.
the funny thing is that after the second time that server go to mintance i can log in into the game itself but not to the site!
i am using the site several time at day so please fix that!

Yes please fix that problem the same problem that i have please fix that and we don't hack the hackers now are playing the game what is that???????

I have a block now for 2 days but why is the reason i didn't use anything to get that block please help me. I can't stop playing crossfire i will loss my skills please help me quickly.
