How can I extract CF videos?

I sometimes save some games on videos. I put CF after every match to have the option to save the game video. What I can't find out, is how can I take these videos and edit them or report someone if they use a hack or anything. I just can't find that out.

Can someone tell me where to find them and how to extract them?
