New server for Rookie!

Hi everyone, I know you and 20 crossfire staffs work hard to stop HACKERS. I just want to help you. The idea is getting a new server for rookies (under 2nd lieutenant). Gamers (no hack) will get some benefits.
- Hackers who create the new account will be in one place and do not bother others players who play crossfire for long time without hack.
- Increasing chances of hackers fight each others.
- If 2nd lieutenant or above use hacks, they will be ban and come back to rookie server to play with hack mate.
- All crossfire staffs will ban hackers easier for one server than check all servers.
- A new player who don't use hack will know how hard if they get out of rookie server and know the value of 2nd lieutenant (some of them won't use hack to come back rookie server).
- 1 player in rookie server can report hackers at same time with 1 replay (save space for your computer).
- Pro players can have a true match.
- Finally, hackers know how hard to be a true player.
My char is 1st lieutenant so I know how long to get this rank.This way may get some weak points but its benefit can be considered. I hope to know your reply (idea or complain). Sorry for my bad English.

its a good idea and im sure you will het loads of comments from others say no and bad idea and stuff but recently i have seen more hacks with my rank (1st lieut-ant and second) i think z8 should bring back the perm bans and yes make some kind of pro sever the idea has been talked alot by mods and everyone in the forums, hope z8 can surprise us.

Perm bans and IP bans are in place already...

Agreed.
This is the negative side to your suggestion. All the new players would experience a hack crisis and would be forced to play with the hackers since they have no where to go, resulting in uninstalling the game. -

How about we have Pro server ( 2nd lieutenant +) instead of Rookie server ? New player still have a chance to get a true match. -
