Rank Resetters and Rank Freezers
a. Reset rank to 2nd LT
- Works only for people higher than 2ndLT 1 (Obviously)
- Resets the rank and nothing else. Guns, kills/deaths and others stats stay
b. Reset rank to Staff Sargeant
- No rank resetters lower than this level (To avoid gaining rank up GP twice)
- Does not resets guns restrictions.
c. Rank freezer
- Freezes your current EXP amount, making you unable to gain any more (effectively freezing your rank)
- Lasts until you decide to remove it. Once you remove the freezer, it dissapears and you'll have to buy a new one.
All those items will be ZP and BP only, obviously. The point to those ... Well. I'm about to turn Captain. And really, I don't want to be a high ranked noob like most high ranked (thanks to the farming people for that reputation) people are. I'm also tired to be recruited by everything which doesn't speaks english once I'm clanless. Tired of being kicked on sight. Wanna just blend in. Besides, high rank looks just dumb and useless. You get my point.

Read, LolliI don't see a point to a rank-reset. You'll only lose the ability to use certain high rank weapons and other items, and all this because of a silly little picture of no value.a. Reset rank to 2nd LT

It's not like people pay top dollar for meaningless things such as new characters of which they can only see the hands. Oh wait they totally do.

Try to play with Captain and above and see how they got called 'farmers' (when it's not 'hackers') whatever they do. "OMG, Cpt and use Kriss, farmer noob !" etc.

Yeah I thought so.Actually, I'm a captain myself, and the only people that call me a farmer, are noobs that are p*ssed about getting killed by me. So I can't really say that it bothers me much. Kids will be kids. And kids will give you drama if they think they are being treated unfairly. Being a staff sergeant instead of a captain isn't going to change that. The only thing that will change, is the name they'll use to insult you with.
And technically this entire game is a bunch of pixels, making your comparison of a rank tag with a playable character a ridiculous one. That's like saying a car is the same as paper clip, because they are both made out of metal.

The only thing that will change, is the name they'll use to insult you with.I think you're wrong. I've leveled a lot of accounts (over 10) and I can tell you, until you hit at least Staff Sergeant, any good scores will net you a lot more hackusations than higher ranked player in the same conditions.
As soon as you hit Captain then, the farmer insult seems predominant and you get called like that for any reasons, not just when you kill or do good.
In fact, globally, I'd say Petty officers have it the best and get a lot less insults than other ranks. So I really think this feature would have a use.
And you still haven't answered : why do you use SPOP ? It has no use for you unless you're really into hands.
Tell me why you use it, and I think we'll have something to work on.
Besides, people already pay for meaningless things : they pay to have a higher rank even though it's useless (after SFC 1). To be more precise, they pay for a way to gain that rank faster. And they pay "top dollar". Why does it sound so stupid to you, that people may pay for the opposite.

A car and a paper clip don't share the same function. The two things I compared do (it's more of a lack of function though) so it doesn't look so ridiculous to me to compare them. And even if it was ridiculous to compare them, it still doesn't change the fact that the items suggested here don't seem more useless than the Exp+ items a lot of people use. -

I honestly don't think lowering your IQ to 35 would help in any way.
Try lowering it to 15. I'll do my best to catch up.And that is going to be more of a hassle than its worth. If you seriously can't see the difference between a playable character and an icon, then you are beyond my help and in need of a professional.

Good job. The worst part is, you totally ignored all the other arguments I advanced, and focused solely on that comparison you fail to grasp. I'll repeat everything :
- Why do you use SPOP ?
- Exp + items serve no purpose after SFC1, but people still pay for them. Why not pay for items that do the opposite ?
- From my experience, Petty Officers are less insulted than other lower or higher ranked players. Being able to downgrade oneself to Staff Sergeant would then have a use.
If you can't understand what I tried to say with my comparison (which wasn't really a comparison to begin with) just forget it and focus on what I just wrote. Can you do that ? It won't be too hard ? Will you be able to resist the urge to try to make a fool of a poor sap like me ?

I disagree with that but all the noobs only pay attention at the rank if you kill them very easy.
When I was a sergant everyone was calling me hacker and always getting kicked.
But now i am a 1st LT and nobody kick me
When the noobs say: kick Argy he hack
I anser them : Look mine RANK noob i am 1st LT a rank you can't even imagine to have.
Then i keep playing without getting kicked
Of course they call me farmer (not true mine rank is real i farmed only 2 times) but even if i was farmer thats not a reason to kick me so nobody kicks me and i am HAPPY -

I often get kicked in GM. People refuse to understand that you can hear ghosts pretty easily if you mix up your sound controller, and use good headphones.

Honestly i saved up GP for quite a while to buy the M12s (until i learned how to do surveys properly). when i bought it, i couldnt use it! I got kicked the second i killed anyone. How screwed up is that? (Although i opened a lot of kriss crates and still nothing

dude? i call uber bs on that, im a sn lt8 and do u know how many majors, ltcolon, and colonel+ are super noob? guy play in charile and u will see, because of farming any rank above captain is just a pic about how much u farmed ur rank, the only legit high ranks u see now adays are azns, brits, and americans guy, and ur using ur rank for arrogance noob. -

1st- To all those who think high ranks protect you from getting kicked , they dont , i've seen captains do wall hacks in ghost mode
2nd of all - what's the point? so people see you at a different rank?? people would often get less kicked if they have a higher rank
3rd of all -- i am sure Bp and zp could have other more pressing functions in the future but thats just me
