File is changed w[2007] l[0] or 2 [Not Fixed]

The current way to fix this does not work or not for me anyways. Someone who uses the same anti virus as me managed to get it working once and then upon relogin same problem. Any Fixes - I assume this is a problem on their end or I'm I mistaken?

After many unsucessful attempts I managed to get it working. I haven't tried it with the AV on and don't see why I should play with it off so thx
