crossfire not compatible

hello. when do I get myself in the crossfire compatibility error. I bought the pc a little while and comes with eight windows. 've tried everything. Experiment troubleshooter program in compatibility that it had all windows and I can not play. can anyone help me?

windows 8... well, it hasn't even been release, I mean the full and final version, so you may except it'd give you this error, since there weren't any patches/updates for this O.S.

right click crossfire icon and go to properties then go to compatabilities then unselect the box thingy
