I forgot my e mail and my security answer

i have a big problem. i forgot my e mail and my security answer. i want to leave my clan but i cant because it is my clan and i need the security answer to leave this clan. I want to join my friend's clan *Fire*-Eagle. The second problem is that i forgot my e mail too so i cant change my security. i dont know what to do now. I hope that you can help me.

Support ticket, They're going to ask you for your last 2 ZP purchases and/or names that they were under if by credit card or paypal or whatever.
