Zombie Mode Problem

Hi, I have a problem in CF Zombie Mode... I cant see the supply boxes. Only sometimes I can, like when I play 10 matches I can see them in only about 2 matches. In biohazard, at the beginning everybody takes a gun.. it just appears in their hand.. I cant see any supply boxes. I can see the guns only when others drop it. And then after about 4-5 waves, the door opens., i go in there first I cant see anything so i kill the zombies, but when others come there, they look down and Pistols appear in their hands.. same for medical supply and grenades.. I can only take the guns when others drop them. So I always get bad guns.. I re-downloaded and re-installed Crossfire but the problem still exists. So plz someone help me.
