change this to cartoons for gay toddlers discussion. Our society fails today because too many kids watch this sh1t and not stuff with depth.
Explain? How does this stuff not have depth? If you mean tasteless anime like Bleach and Naruto. I can understand. There are animes out there that tackle issues in our society today. What do you mean by depth? Should we all go watch horrible bosses and the hangover? There sure was a lot of depth in those two. The reality is our society is failing because people can't draw the line of distinction between entertainment and reality and are trying to live their lives with no goals or ambitions. I watch anime when I'm bored and have some free time. There are plenty of people who do it for other reasons.
Would you bash picasso because he was obsessed with painting? No. Why not? There is no difference.
I realize both of you are trolling, but regardless it is a tad annoying. -

Naruto isn't as pointless as Bleach. Naruto has many names from Japanese mythology. E.G: Amaterasu the god of sun etc. It isn't just pointless names they make up like most of the other anime's do. You can read from what Naruto begun and then you'll understand it's not about fighting all day long like Bleach.Explain? How does this stuff not have depth? Naruto is not tasteless, it shows you a kid that was put aside by society and did everything he could to get friends and reach his life goal, not giving up once.
A kid that is trying to save his friend that has drown in darkness.

P.S: yes i know that there are stupid ass things in naruto and that its full of sh*t fillers. That's why manga rules. -

Why would I change my mind? Is that the only goal in mind you have while presenting your side? That you need to prove your superiority?

edit: also this was like 4 years ago, i put everything about it in my brains recycle bin and emptied it. Only the fact to never go near remains. -

Well, if that is your opinion that is fine.
I agree there are plenty of stupid brain melting anime series out there. But like anything you have to sift through the rubbish to get to the diamonds. -
naruto is currently getting better but they are losing the focus on other chars, sakura is now a drag and many of the main characters are starting to lose their spot light, which is kinda sad cause all of em had a great story, but right now nobody can deny that naruto is climbing the hill, but i think that its not the best, its not even close to the best. there are many other mangas and animes out there, like noblesse or veritas, they are just waay better

Naruto is the best manga in it's genre (for me). You should check Tenten out. I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't know who she was. She's practically the only character that only got into a 0:20 seconds fight and it was just some random ninja tools bs.
The ninja war has made this manga the greatest in it's genre for me. You can simply match the small pieces of story that characters threw out like it was nothing into the history of ninja's etc.
@Twin, you seem to know 'bout Naruto some things. How do you think Naruto will end (keep in mind that the prophecy said Sasuke and Naruto will both die and that the toads prophecies have never been wrong). -

1-madara will lose but he wont die, however kabotu will, sasuke runs with madara but naruto and chases them, sasuke fights naruto and itachi will fight madara , itachi will die and madara will escape, i am pretty sure naruto or sasuke wont die but i cant predict what will happen after that -

think of the funniest anime u have watched so far, x100000, then multiply by the same number, that maybe near as funny as gintama, other than that it has tear jerking stories, great fights, character depths and waaaaaay mature talks, it deserves that rating, its one of the few EPIC animes out there -
