Less economical strain. All the building upkeep is provided, you aren't stuck in a 10/20 year contract. Not to mention house insurance and taxes.

i'd rather live in my own house than hear alot of chaos on the second floor.

Apartments can be two stories. Ever heard of a condo?

Apartments can have pets.

Apartments can have sound proof walls.

You'd rather spend much more with a chance of losing everything for missing one extremely expensive payment instead of just living a comfortable life?

Seriously when I was 12 I was outside playing with friends and trading yugioh cards, not wasting my time on games and forums.

I remember playing Yu-Gi-Oh cards in highschool (ikr?). Even when I was a freshman the graduates/seniors were playing with them.
