help me fast Hack tool has been detected 1X0.2

hello all
I am from Iraq and ,I play crossfire ..i got this problem
I have experienced this like 20 times today. First, i got "Hack Tool Detected" error and forced me to close. Honestly, i have never used Hack before I also don't have money for that. Later, I don't understand what is going on. I then contacted Z8Games support team.
They replied me

I made format to my hard disk of my computer back to zero and i deleted crossfire then. I setup it again and i cant fix it and my programs on PC its work normally and i have windows 7 and I cannot fix this problem !!
so please from any person to found any solution to play crossfire normally without this error massage

formated all partitions + clean reinstall?+setup antivirus?

i did all those
i formated my pc my hard disk
and new antivirus
and i tryed to setup it on all partition and same problem
and i didn't use anyhack

'Hack Tool Detected' is actually a misguided error. Make sure you have nothing running in the background, and what kind of ping do you get to UK servers? When I used satellite uplink, my net would lag, causing this error to appear.

i play crossfire and SILKROAD both are online so maybe this detected becuse iam useing 2 games in same time ???
and my ping not less 120

lol iam not playing on uk servers alot just when there is clan's war i go there
always i play at other the 2nd or 3th server
