Dog Tag in CF has problem GM please read

Well as everybody knows that Cross Fire has 2 S and 2 R. But when i finish the daily mission, i got like 3times R and S but it only appear one and the other never light up. whats the problem? i only miss R and S to complete it. Plis fix it. THx
