OMFG o tryed everything ,uninstall ,reinstall. .
even redownloaded the installer.
n i still can't play any ZM.

Wait for the next patch, which will probably be soon. Hopefully they'll fix some bugs up, letting you to play.

That's what pretty much everyone said for This mode to occur. If you can wait a year for this mode to occur, why not wait ~2-4 measly weeks for a new patch? I'm sure they have to implement the Halloween items soon :l

lol... i didn't wait for this mode..
i play this game, but this modes it's everywhere, i got no place to play at beside this mode now

It's because you have character shadows enabled.

Turn them off, then you'll be able to play.

Because Giggletron had the exact same thing, he kept getting disconnected from our room, mice were smashed.
He then did that, and it works perfectly now.

Follow these steps, it worked for me once.
-Turn off your ant-virus
-Delete everything in z8games folder
-Download the game again
-Install it
-Turn on your ant-virus
-Kill the zoombies!

Probably when you try to install crossfire your ant-virus block a file.
Check your firewall too.

Do everything again with your ant-virus turned off !!!
It may have blocked or deleted a file during the instalation/downloading.!!!

lol... it's working perfectly now.. but damn .. the server needs an upgrade ASAP man..
it's really unstable. even zombies teleport attack me..

how do u want the servers to be stable? everyones playing the same mode at the same time... wait a couple of weeks and everything will be fine
