When they shut down the servers to patch the game.......then they finish it and put the servers back on.............they should let us go ingame and test it for glitches/bugs......then we report back and tell them the bugs/glitches, then they take the servers back down for a quick patch bug fix.......wala the bug are fixed ^^

They actually do this. If there is a bug or two affecting game-play, income, or multiple persons' accounts, they usually do a follow-up patch a day or two after the initial patch.
