Help... not sure if account was stolen.

Ok, so here's the problem. My computer was hacked and totaled my Norton. I had to go to a backup to reinstall, then had to redo Norton. After all this was done and I tried to play crossfire, said my account or password info was wrong. I thought my account was stolen and put in a ticket. Found out later that when I tried to reput in my account name on the log in screen, it would only come up in numbers numerical and in sequence 0,1,2,3.... etc. no matter what was typed. None of my num locks or scroll locks was on either. 30 hours later i tried to log on and it let me. took a break and tried to log in an hour later and back to the numbers again. Is this some sort of operator or faulty equip error, or is it some kind of hacking or theft attempt? Does anyone have a clue what I should do? Unfortunately, I closed my ticket after I was able to log back on the one time because I thought it might be my stupid error. I will submit another one depending on the response here.
