Why when loading games takes time?

Until yesterday was normal and loaded fast, now the screen goes black and it takes time

I'm having the same problem.. I'm form South America and I have friends in my Clan with the same strange delay.. we don't know what to do.. I'm having this delay for about 4 weeks.. summing up, i'm not playing crossfire for this technical bug.. Could somebody help me?
