whats happened???

basically i brought a 3rd bag which had my awm d eagle and axe and a flash grenade..
when the bag expired i got all my guns and nades apart from my axe...
i cant change it out of the bag either unless i think if i buy the bag back which i dont want to/ shouldnt have to can u fix this 4 me and possibly give me the days iv lost off my axe.
