It's possible. You just have to do it alone. And you'll need a lot of tokens and HypoMeds.

I do 500k every game, I managed to reach 620k once too. I don't know what's wrong with you guys but 30 waves should be enough. I just logged off the game after me and 2 clan members managed to get 500k+ each in Biohazard.

Of course, that implies you kill the boss.. if you don't get to that point, then why are you so surprised?

Killing the boss gives you 150k.
