3-i dont see one of my friends online, i can whisper him but i cant see him online, what should i do? i thought maybe its a bug and will get fixed with the new patch but it didnt. I think you should try to delete them from ur list 1 by 1 and re-add them. It might take a few tries, I have this issue as well with a few of my friends.

4- how to know how many infractions i have?
Maybe it's best never to get them?
