Long after downloading updates

Why, after upgrading, I was 3 times longer to enter the game.
The client already reinstalled the drivers updated.

What's the problem?

I cannot play now nazhe normal as loads for about 5 minutes ..

Same here and when i join a game i have a 5-15 second black screen before it goes to the loading screen
