I'm glad that they're making an SA server, but i'm kinda doubting that most of the Portuguese speaking players will go to that server, as most of them already go to Alpha / Bravo.

I suppose If I went into the SA server then it'd pretty much be as empty as Foxtrot :S

Oh, no, i'm not making the victim paper here, i do agree that brazillian players pizz the *uck out of people with trashtalking and cheating and all that stuff, but it exists everywhere, and to be honest, you're not even trying to help with that.

Just saying, your focus is way off if you're trying to make this game enjoyable and such.

I also go into the game and I'm cursed to be Brazilian. And that does not make me hate everyone. I pity him.

I just hoped that with the bad experience that you guys had, with the excesses of some Brazilians, you guys would be superior in not pursuing a vendetta.

It's unfair to focus only on the brazilian populace. All populaces are guilty of hacking, it's a fact.

The reason why nationalities such as the Brazilian's (BR's) are focused on is because they are not able to deny charges made by us and vice versa. That leads to a mutual feeling of resentment and ignorance of the other people. Sadly, on top of that the pings contribute to more fuel for the fire and more resentment is brewed.

Honestly, if you could talk to BR's and understand them, it would be idealistic right? That is a pipe dream, the innate problems between differing groups of players on crossfire orginates from the ping, not the language. The ping is a natural barrier between peoples, as well as the fact that this is the internet and no one cares about their fellow man here.

I used to be a full 100% BR hater, blamed them for everything wrong with Crossfire, the hacking waves, everything. Later on though I began to see what the problems were, the language barrier, the ping barrier, and the simple fact that this is the internet. All these factors contribute to the hatred amongst us CF players and because of this there is no quick and easy fix.

A main reason that BR's, Germans, Egyptian's, Turks, and many others are seen as the highest majority of hackers because of how many of them there are and how few of us there are. It's a natural responce that has become engrained in every human, get away from those people then seperate and ridicule them for how they are different.

The thing that makes the least amount of sense to myself is how nationalities are focused upon and not the one's causing the bad deeds amongst them. It's like your in class and some idiot makes the whole class stay after, one is the one actually responsible but the teacher ignores that and punishes everyone. It's unjustifable bias towards nationalities of people all around and if anything will change the steps need to be taken to stem that primal instinct to blame everyone in a group for a wrong that one committed and rather instead punish those responsible for the crimes themselves.

I apologize for the multiple typos and errors but this was something I felt compelled to say upon reading some posts in this thread. So you know I am in fact American.

i've visited CABR these days, the mentality of the players there has changes ALOT
Being constantly beaten up by a flawed GM team taking care of reports and a shi**y game, made them learn something, they can unite against those who attack them, they've learnt to kick cheaters at sight and all those who support the cheaters, they're improving, indeed, they took almost a full year to start progressing, but it's progressing.

Well, i'm not giving up on this cause, i'm going 'till the end with it, and i will prove we can change and make ourselves a better player base than we are today.

Take out your blindfolds, just like BR players on CABR are doing, they realised they cannot bash on everyone and blame everyone, but they need to focus on the problems, the cheaters, the forums who distribute those illegal programs (they've organized once an massive attack towards one of the most knwon cheat forums for CA).

Good luck then, Isabelle. I choose to step down from this fight. Don't blame me too quickly, right now I hardly play because I have trouble finding a fairplay room. Even worse, in my favorite mode, GM, I get kicked by BRs because they think I hack...

You joined one roomed and found sane people. Nice!

CABR is full of hackers and they still have the same attitude (same as ours). Some of them developed respect which is probably the 10% which considering the 2% of our BR's are sane and mature that's actually not bad.

Out of all the BR's I met only the 2% are sane. I made the maths crap few months ago with the only few sane people which I can name from my friend list. So yeah, I'm not bsing random numbers. And the 10% was an estimate of when I went to CABR for the lolz.

BR's (with some exceptions) called us names, ruined our game, made tons of us quit and most importantly ****ed up the community to hell. And No, I'm not implying only BR's hack. But the known countries that are ruining our game have the most hackers.
Example: Turkey, Egypt, Germany etc etc. Most of them are immature and kick people that are good just to get a good score and stop dying from them.

None of you should be able to play this game, but Z8 chose to let you in. This is CFNA but this is more like the main CF EU till the other one gets officially released.

And I'll give you a brief description of what I've encountered before I've quit:
Turks: They lag, they're annoying and some of them hack.
Egyptians: They are disrespectful, they lag, they hack and their attitude is the same as BR's.
Germans: Bunch of 10 year olds that spam the chat with German cuss words, disrespectful and they kick the legit players.
Brazilians: Everything mentioned above.

That's what I've encountered these 2 or even more years which I've been playing.
That's the reason most of us hate them. And I'm not saying every person that's BR, German etc is like that. It's just the bigger population of them that is like that.
