Why don't Brazilians play in US South?

It's not the Brasilian population that is hated (real world), it's the Brasilian gaming population.
Generally speaking they have bad attitudes and poor sportsmanship and this not only leads to them hacking but also not kicking hacks and kicking legits - Being "uneducated" as you indicated makes it worse because they do not understand that they lag and not us etc
People play this game for fun and it's not fun when certain people ruin that.
I'm fed up of logging into CF because of Brasilians - No lie, because every game that I join there is a 163+ (up to 500 ping) noob shooting through walls saying stuff like "nao rack pro" "jajaja noob" "F12" - That's fun? you're just pi$$ing everyone off.Confederado wrote: »And then you guys want that others respect you guys? You guys deserve only pity. And should be ashamed.
The ones that should be ashamed is BR's, they should be ashamed as an whole (not just the problematic ones) even the normal ones, and they should be ashamed that their reputation is trash in gaming circles because of their fellow countrymen.
We won't respect players that hack, glitch, protect hackers and have poor sportmanship qualities.
I rarely see non laggers complaining about Brasilians lag except when they are teleporting, so BR's are treated as equals and are respected up to that point any further respect has to be earned and so far they are not doing anything to improve that in fact it is the opposite.
If the problematic hacking regions were banned this game would be playable and the amount of hackers would drop by a huge percentage, that is not a point that can be disputed and that is why people want a general clean out even though there are many decent BR's.
Our "hatred" won't stop until BR's make it stop, it's not an irrational "hatred" as with racism. -
Im not actually BR, Im Argentinian, but in my case, I usually play in US South because I have kewl internet, but some unlucky Argentinians have crapy internet, eigher because they have little money OR because the only decent internet company has limited range and is only available in highly habitated areas only and I have no idea why but they get 250+ ping in US South servers. They get 180-200 In the other servers so obviously they play in those. Call me lagger noob btw, I dont give a sh1t.
-
Chimpz got it right. No 1 hate BR as the population in the world, just the game population.
I never kick any BR for their lag, high ping or just noob. I never QQ when they teleport.
This is what I get from them in return:
"kika low ping", "rack 11" etc...
Still I dont hate BR. But respect for them? Not really -

Why don't BRs play in US South?
1 BR has told me it's because everyone he knows plays in NA servers, however as you can see this logic is flawed, because they could all just move to the US South servers and it wouldn't be a problem.
another BR told me it's because there's no US South clan server, and they don't want to get used to being lag free in US South when they're just going to lag when they do clan wars.
To any BRs out there: why don't you all play in US South? I genuinely want to know.
ez answer......
they are all stupid!
been stupid from the start.............. still stupid right now............... probably will be stupid in the future until 2020. when nukes starts flying off. -

We all know that Brazil is closer to US SOUTH geography speaking. Ping doesn't work like that. If you have ever tested your ping, you can see that there's a line that connects a place to another place, that line is not always a straight line, it curves and when it does, it causes worst pings.
You can see what I'm talking about there: www.pingtest.net/
I'm not from Brazil but I'm from Peru and I can tell you that a server in Brazil wouldn't reduce my ping because there's a jungle between my country and Brazil that causes the ping line to curve. Actually, my ping is worst in a Sao Paulo Server which is closer geography speaking.

Values are constants, variables, etc. Its a very generic definition.
Hmm... idk then, for me ping will always be defined by the time it takes to get the data to the servers while you're playing .-.
or the time to go to the servers then come back >.<
AGH!
can't decide :cBenzinNation wrote: »Most of them doenst understood your question ... Lol good luck for having a intelligent answer from them.
The peruvian guy stated it already, the connection that one of the biggest internet providers in brazil doesn't takes the route that goes through the sea to miami, it goes all the way up and then get a curve to go to miami, making our pings hit about 220 in that process, wich is bigger than the usual 180~200 we get over the alpha/bravo/charlie servers .-. -

you fail so hard... those pictures aren't actually where your internet goes... it's just a representation...
Idk how to explain it but that curved line means nothing, it just shows that there's a link between the two places, it doesn't actually show where your internet goes -.-' -

But you realize that there's a HUGE deviation because of the amazonic forest there right?
all the cables and such have to go all the way around that grotesque forest to get to São Paulo, wich makes the connection slower, since the patch is bigger and it has a lower quality.
that works the same with brazil-miami compared to brazil-canada.
he wasn't referring to his pics, he only showed the pings on the pics. -

by "look at my ping line" he was obviously stating that glowing curved line.
but yes I know that aside from that, what he's saying is true.
and now I realize that this BR server will be pointless because the BRs that lag in the BR server are just going to keep playing in NA servers -.-' don't really see the point of a brazilian server now -

There must be a long vertical jungle. -
Ok , i'm brazilian i tell you why,
i live in Rio my ping in Alpha is 180~200 in Us South is 120~130
But Brazil is a very large country people that leave in East have a ping 140 in alpha and 190 in us south.
Sometimes the internet routers goes faster for canada than us south.
