My account was stolen

i sent a support ticket that my account was stolen and filled out EVERY SINGLE information they need to recover my account as well as the ZP Transaction ID's.


and the response was:

"We are sorry, this account is flagged for account sharing. We are unable to assist you, and your further request regarding this account will be ignored. 9/14/2011 3:03:32 AM"


It was stolen so obviously that this account has been "shared", this is just unacceptable Z8.
