Windows 8 dev preview

The dev preview of Windows 8 will be released today at 11PM ET. If you want to give it a try, go here and download the ISO.

Make sure you install it in a separate partition or a spare system.

I will update this thread with screenshots once I get it installed.

better off doing that considering there will be many problems with win 8 (it being from microsoft) and compatibility issues.

I had a Windows 8 beta, it uses different architecture to Vista and 7, it had a few large compatibility issues with a some older games.

Honestly, just keep with Windows 7, 8 is nothing special unless you like a ton of gadgets.

o.O Vista is probably the only negatively recognized OS Microsoft has released for PC's.

All OS releases have their negatives, the main one for Vista was the fact that it was noticeably less resourceful than XP.

Kind of unjustified in my opinion, since modern PC gamers should be able to accommodate either.

Hahaha, that made my day. What about MS-DOS 4.0? What about Windows ME 2000? Those are recognized as more horrible than Windows Vista.
