Dog tags.

As you all know Dog tags are dailymission awards, and you can get the same one over and over well 3 weeks ago, I got second from last dog tag. Since then I've been fighting through hackers to get the last dog tag, and today I did I needed R and i got it. But when I went to challenge-dog tags, the R wasn't filled. Whats the solution for that?
