How long do you see yourself playing CrossFire?

As the title suggests, I'm just wondering how many people would actually stick with CF in say around 6 months. Let's face it, CrossFire won't be marketable in the west once games like Tribes: Ascend (WTF was Hi-Rez thinking on making this F2P?), Planetside 2 and Firefall hit the F2P market. It's success with WCG/ESL is stunning though, I didn't think a year from now that CF would even be competitive.

Nowadays the only games that occupy most of my time are Warsow 0.6, CPM, and Tribes.

Or if I play long it'll just be on a not so regular basis.

I just quit Combat Arms after like 2.5 years of playing pretty consistently. With school I'm trying to play games less in general anyways.

It's as addictive as Morphine, or so I believe, since I never took Morphine in my life.

for as long as it's interesting/have free time for/it's open.

During the summer I was really busy so I just stopped playing but now I started back.
School starting soon so might have to do that again later on.

As long as it still works. For literally one whole year crossfire refused to work for me. I went to check up on it lately and it worked! My account has been alive 2 years but really i've only been playing 1-1.5 years. I don't see myself stopping though, I like how it's not very resource-intensive on your computer.

i tend to stick with one game at a time. i played halo trial for about a year, then gta sa-mp for around 2 years, now this... for about one year now. i'm still not yet sick of crossfire, i think i'll be here for a while since this game actually updates and gets new stuff (patches etc).

CF is a GG but I am now playing other games simply to get a way from the hackers, which is unusual because I am a stick in the mud.

I played CF for 3 years and didn't play any other game until recently.

Since Nov. 2008. I've been through probably the worst hacking phase in the game [back in 2009], so right now, it's not even phasing me...

I'll probably play for a while.

Well..until October 25th( few of you know what im talking about) I will continue to play CF, then maybe I may come to play CF then and there.

i too have been active since late 2008 but the arise of so many hackers is worse than ive ever seen it in the 3 yrs ive been on so it depends on the future of Cf and Z8games on how long i will be actively playing

I quit when I get bored of a patch, usually 2-3 days after it's release.
Then come back when a new one comes. So when zombie mode gets released I'm going to play it a bit then leave

Ive been playing this game for a while and it still remains one of the most fun games to play for me, im too attached to give it up completely, but with school and work theres just no time.

Ive been playing very little lately :P school then soccer is my daily basis atm. Ill play a bunch for maybe 4 or 5 days after challenge mode comes out and play a lot 1-2 days after every patch but.. i play maybe an hour every 5 days now

edit: OT probably a year or so or longer if a stable anti hack is discovered. maybe less
