note: after generating the ticket I clicked "back" appeared the following message
"Your payment was failed. No charges were made. Please try it again or contact us for assistance if the problem still exist.

I paid the ticket last week, I receive the zp? even with this error?

    They will never help you and if they do it will be after 1 month+!I have this problem for 2 weeks almost and no sign of ticket answer or my purchased but i was taxed and i lost money!Just stop buying they will have other fools to buy!I was one but after this i will never buy from them!

    This is incorrect. It doesn't usually take much longer than 24-48 hours to receive support.

    Please make sure that you check your inbox to see if there are answers from support asking for more information.


    Secondly, when you send in support tickets from different accounts you are increasing the work we have to do and increasing the illegitimate possibility of you losing points.

    If you have an issue on account A don't complain about it on account B (unless it involves a chargeback or lost account or closure etc).


    You sent in a ticket on Sept 12th about missing points from a transaction. And you received an answer on the very same day. AND you received your points.

    International transactions do come with a delay. That delay is usually not very long, but if you aren't patient for at least a moment you'll only cause your self frustration.

    I don't know if this is what 1UkNoWn1 experienced, but once upon a time..


    Tried to pay with a prepaid card, the payment did not fully go through, the prepaid card company charged the card and held the money for a week though.

    G4Box/Z8Games had no record of the transaction, because it didn't go through at all.

    After some emailing with the card company, they released the funds (that were NEVER transferred to G4Box, they were just reserved).
