We're talking about c4d/3dsmax models here. They have been made in those programs and I did not use any of smilegates files. Since it's both made in different ways and has a different purpose it is completely legal. I even talked about this with the GM's from cf-EU -

As long as you're sure about what you're doing. I don't know how cf-EU works but if that's what their GMs said. By all means, remake and sell if you wish. Lol.
