Password recovery not working
Hello,
S*** is a good friend of mine and a member from the clan. Lately he got his password changed to be able to focus on his exams, but recently he wanted to start playing again. He then used the lost ID/Password/Sec Quest option on the website, but he didn't receive the mail, so he's actually unable to play. How could he get his password back? Thank you

The only people who can help with these account-type questions are located here. http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx He could ask them to resend the email if he had the correct information the first time and the email failed to be received or he could put as much information as possible into a ticket proving he is the owner and ask them to change his password.
