when im loading the game its stop at hgcw step 10 (93%)

i tried a lot of thing to repare it but it didn't work

please help me!

( i have windows xp(professionnal i thing?) and avira antivir)

Did you uninstall the hacks ..... Try that and see....

but if i live in quebec i need to choose east or west mirror? and what'S the difference with the mirror-1 mirror-2....?

Use the CF downloader. You are so close to the server. It will download pretty fast.

Did you restart your computer?
