I was playing this game before and I started to play this game again and it says 'This service is not available in your country'... I mean WTF? I could play like half a year ago and now I can't?

Correct. Z8Games does not own the license to operate CF in your country, so you may no longer play on new accounts. Only accounts created before August 3rd may play in CF NA. http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=166411
