Can you answer [GM] ?

First day i have bought 23 crates by single purchase and only 20 m14 free crates, day after 5 zp crates bought then 2 hours later 10 more and only 10 free m14 gift crates.

Support ticket has been sent before like 4 days...

No answer. event ended

So i belive that didnt got all crates as promised.

Can i get answer here [GM]s.

It's the weekend the GM's are not at the office. Sorry. Thier support system is not ran 24/7.

Are not supposed to be for 1 crate = 1 free, 38 crates = 38 free ones?

No... Read the event properly next time. Every TEN ZP purchases give TEN free m14 crates

LOL. No.

10 items = 10 m14ebr crates.

You must reach the 10 for it to count.
