Please anyone, account MOD, i need you.
In my clan, two of my members have been hacked. THe hacker is holding their accounts ransom and is demanding that we close the clan or he will hack the REST OF OUR CLAN. what should i do? I'm terribly sorry to talk about this here but i'm so desperate and scared! what do i do??? We believe we might know who the hacker is but as of now we have no proof (might of been a former member). Please Z8, what do i do? we have sent out support tickets to recover our accounts but im scared that even if we DO get our accounts back, the hacker will hack us AGAIN and other people in the clan! What do i do? please any mods please im begging you...

This is not meant as a hack report. i just need know what to do because this is a special situation. Please any GM, don't ignore this thread. please because no matter what i do, my clan will suffer if we cannot stop the hacker. Please, with all do respect, please help me and my friends. -
This person can only "hack" your accounts if you shared the details with him.
Kduane, the person who got hacked was bLuE_dRaGoNs and mckiller120. we never. NEVER share account details. blue is my cousin and he never shared any info with anyone in the clan. the hacker we are dealing of is smart. he made his own hacks and we saw them in action. we kicked him from the clan but asw of now we are wondering if he was the one taking 'revenge' on us -

Yeah, if he's a decent programmer, he may have shared a file or something with a keylogger payload. But, really, he had to have learned the account details through some method involving phishing or software.bl00dtearz wrote: »thx. i think i'll try a keylog scan.

blue is my cousin and he said he was friends with you. i think he made a good choice. Kduane, i sincerely thank you for your help. now i guess i just need to wait for a moderator to help me with the ransom part. its been 3 days since we sent support tickets and z8 hasnt responded. there has also been a mysterious problem as well. the person that hacked blue dragons claimed that he didnt hack it at all and that z8 GAVE his acc away.
