Run-time error 5

Does anybody have this problem? I am. Each time I click the start game button, it pops up this error that says run-time error 5 invalid procedure call or agrument.

How do I fix this? Any options I can do?

i have had that problem to but then i tryied to run as a admin if you got vista or windows 7,then it started to work..

Wow, now it says failed to load url of version.ini.
