No zp bonus crates after deposit

Hi,

I made already 3 complains in the support area and still don´t have a decision.

I made a deposit of 20.000ZP at the time still SP on the 25july to get the promotion announced on the subagames site.
Don't get the promised bonus crates for free they said, i send then the first mail to the support and get an answer to send them the prove of payment, i send it after a few days and still do get any help from the new Z8 people.
I send to the support of the Z8 2 new complains and i didn t get any thing back from them.

PLEASE solve my problem....

    My friend Nikita/Lightmare523 sent in 48 bucks in the mail to get 50k zubapoints. he sent it around first week of july. PayByCash said that "They are working with subagames to fix this problem", so apparently they got the money but there are a lot of problem with zubagames right now. Its been almost a month and still nothing. There are A LOT of people with these problems. As of now it doesnt seem like anything is being done about it. Seems like many people are just donating money for no reason.
