Hacking prevention

My idea is to have everyone register a phone # for registering an account. Then the user has to punch in a confirmation code to verify the account. So if a hacker is kicked, they have to make a new account under a new #. Then the process continues until the person runs out of numbers (using family's phones) so once he has no number to punch in the confirmation code with, he cant return to play and therefore the hacker cant continue. After some time where most of the hackers were reported then kicked, there would be far fewer hackers. I doubt anyone would be willing to pay for a new number just to play cf.
Also, z8 could protect the cf folder like what i tunes does with their songs so you cant change anything in the folder. And finally, only a very select few programs could be run along with cf (xfire, browsers).

So instead of ip bans there are phone bans, because its possible to change an ip.
