I would either give them something else for the time being, or promise them the prizes later. If I had some codes at my discretion, I could give you some. But as Polleus stated, we have no codes at the moment.

That's to the moderator's discretion based on two things. If we have the codes and aren't planning to use them for anything, we can do that. Secondly, it has to be something good for the community, such as forumer rooms or drafts. You have to ask a moderator though, it's their discretion.

Seeing as OP has gotten his answer, I'll let this thread die. If OP needs his codes, he can seek out a moderator by a different means such as XFire. Keep your debating about what an internet troll is to PMs.
