Region Problems

Hello, my English is not very good, but I will try to understand me.

Me and registered in the game and from the server DownloadTrial officer. When put my username and password I get this note:
This service is not available in your region.
A friend of mine also tried it on, and the same happens to me.
How I can fix it?
