Z8GAMES Gave my acccount away

This morning i tried to log in to check my clan, Little did i know my account got given away. I was borrowing a clan members account to see when he would log in. He was very nice, he have my account back saying Z8 Games gave him that account since he lost his account by being hacked. So i submitted a complaint and i received nothing, its like they were ignoring me.
