Joining A Game

I want to play this game really bad because my friend invited me and i saw him play this game, IT WAS AWESOME!. but when i downloaded the game and install it, it's working fine until i logged in and they asked me to put my nickname. I put my desired nickname but there was a problem, it doesn't do anything. I waited for 1 hour but it just loading in there. I went to my friend's house just to put a nickname on my account in order to play the game and it worked on his computer. Now I went back home and tried to join a game, and guess what. It just loading and i'm tired of waiting to join a game. My computer is pretty fast, no problem with it i just don't get it why i can't enter any game. I tried to find some guides to fix this but i didn't find any. Is there any way to fix this? I want to play this game so bad.
