Beta Clan Server Problem

i have a big problem . im make a new clan only for play clan war matches on beta clan server and i have this error "Channel Full" and the channel is not full on beta clan server . another xy player make a new clan and join in beta clan war server . why ? where is the problem ??? im reinstall game and all my team reinstall the game and have same error "Channel Full" .
