Please help.. Can't play.

Okay so I haven't been on in months and if you check my activity you'll see that, anyways on to the problem..I have downloaded the latest version of the game. Now when I first open up the game, log in etc. If I try joining a game, it just takes absolutely forever to load to the point where the game crashes or is to late and the game is finished. So I closed it, then when I re-opened it, I did the tutorial to see if that would load and it did.
But then when I got back to the lobby, whenever I try to do anything, it's just stuck loading..examples of this are:

-Joining a game room
-Leaving the channel to join a different channel

Solutions I have tried:
-Re-installing the game.

That's adding Crossfire and Xtrap 1&2 to the firewall thing, TCP and UDP

Tutorial is actually on your computer, so it should always run even if you can't reach the servers. The only thing I can think is that something is blocking the services/ports needed by CF or your connection speed is not good enough.

Yes, this sounds very much like a connectivity problem.

Troubleshoot your home network (remove a router, use cable directly from modem to PC) to see what happens.

Hi Moderator Dot when i want to play if i enter username and password then a screen popps up and says service unavaible in your region.

i hope that you didnt block europe servers.
