Help Needed

I need help recovering my security question.
It asks 'What city were you born?' and I have answered it with the City I was born in, yet it says it is wrong. I know what City I was born in lol...
I clicked 'Forgot Security Question' and entered my registered e-mail and it says 'Thank you! Your account information will be sent to your registered email address momentarily.'
I have done this several times and STILL no e-mail. It is the correct e-mail too, otherwise it would says its an uncorrect e-mail.

I request help from GM and they dont help, yet they are more than happy to take the £x I've spent on the game?

Anyway to do this? All I wanna do is remove my Clan lol...

The city-part might be case sensitive.
If you typed in New York when you registered the account but you're trying to enter new york now, it may not work.

Submit a ticket and wait for a reply - lack of reply does not mean you ticket was ignored, it just means they haven't gotten to your ticket yet.

The only relivant support ticket is for Account administration and part of the security questions are 'what city were you born' and 'what date did you register'

I dont know about anyone else but i dont write down what date i join sites lol...
